Ranger Green 500 Denier Coated Nylon – MIL-DTL-32439A Type 3 Class 3 – Solution Dyed

Mil-spec 500 denier textured nylon duck in Ranger Green, made to MIL-DTL-32439A Type 3, Class 3. That’s the spec for textured nylon duck cloth used in load-bearing vests, field packs, body armor vests and duffel bags. The yarn is solution dyed: the color goes into the fiber itself, not onto the surface, so it holds up much better against fading, UV and wear than vat-dyed fabric. It’s coated on the back and hot slit, so the edges are heat-sealed and won’t fray.
