Terms of Service — Allender and Company, Inc.

By placing an order with Allender and Company, Inc. you agree to the following terms:

Products & Pricing All fabric is sold by the linear yard. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product availability.

Orders & Payment Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.

Cutting & Returns All fabric is cut to order. Cut fabric and materials are non-returnable and non-refundable. Uncut, unopened items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All closeout sales are final.

Shipping All fabric ships flat folded. Multiple yard orders ship as one continuous piece when possible. Allender and Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Color Accuracy Colors may vary by monitor, screen settings, and lighting conditions. Photos represent the actual item but an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

Wholesale Accounts Wholesale pricing is available to qualified businesses. Allender and Company reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its discretion.
