Thank you for shopping with Allender and Company. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order, as the nature of cut fabric and made-to-order materials affects what can and cannot be returned.

Cut Fabric & Materials

All cut fabric sales are final. Because fabric is cut specifically to your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cut yardage, cut materials, or custom-cut orders. Please confirm your yardage needs carefully before ordering, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Uncut, Unopened Fabric

If you receive fabric that has not been cut and remains in its original, unopened condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

The fabric must be uncut and unused
The fabric must be in its original packaging/condition
Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.

Multiple Yard Orders

When you order multiple yards of the same fabric, we ship your order as one continuous piece whenever possible. If a continuous piece is not available, we will notify you before shipment.

Shipping & Packaging

All fabric is flat folded for shipping to protect quality during transit.

Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary due to individual monitor and screen settings, as well as lighting conditions. While our photos are taken to represent the actual item as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact color match. If color accuracy is critical to your project, we recommend contacting us to discuss your needs before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

If your item qualifies under the Uncut, Unopened Fabric policy above, please contact us at rocco@allenderandcompany.com or 248-398-5776 with your order number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
